Golden with yellow gold reflections.

Nose

Gourmet nose that combines notes of citrus (lemon) and dried flowers such as chamomile.

Palate

In the mouth the attack is frank. We evolve on a pleasant acid frame linked to notes reminiscent of the citron. The finish is relatively fresh which gives a good persistence to the wine.

Scallop carpaccio & truffle oil and conbava – Fillet of pike perch on sauerkraut bed – Fillet of chicken marinated with lemongrass and basmati rice
