Crémant d’Alsace is a sparkling wine obtained by the traditional method. After an initial fermentation in vats, the wine is bottled and a second fermentation takes place that makes it sparkling.
Perfect for celebrations, receptions, and aperitifs, as it is, or in a kir Royal.
